Rosina Howe-Teo concurrently holds the position of chief innovation officer of LTA, responsible for the formulation and implementation of LTA's e-government transformation strategy. Under her stewardship, IT has become a strategic business group responsible for directing and managing LTA's technology investments across the whole organisation; leveraging on the strengths of private-public partnerships to bring innovation and nimbleness into public service delivery, while maintaining the strengths of good corporate governance and transparency inherent in the public sector. Rosina is also actively involved in promoting the competency of IT professionals in Singapore as president, ITMA (2004, 2005) and sits on the boards of the institute systems science of the National University of Singapore and the National Library Board.

Puni Rajah is Client Services Director at TechMarketView LLP and an internationally respected analyst in the IT user, vendor and investor communities. Before joining TechMarketView, Puni co-founded The Governance Board, a private community of CFOs that shares management best practices and develops frameworks for measuring progress towards better practical governance. She was also retained by Canalys to assist in the launch of its Asia/Pacific operations. Prior, Puni was Vice President for Corporate Programs at IDC Asia/Pacific. In this role she led IDC’s Conferences, Go-To-Market and Emerging Technologies practices. She has participated in numerous industry bodies and continues to serve as a senior member of the CIO Asia magazine’s Asia Pacific CIO Award judging panel.

Dr Sethi is featured in top IT journals and is highly-ranked among the world’s top MIS professionals regarding research. He has worked with a number of Singapore companies as a consultant and for executive education programs including Abacus International, International Data Corporation, Heller Asia Pacific, Maritime and Port Authority, Trade and Development Board, Singapore Refining Company, Refco, Deutsche Telekom, NTUC, IDA, and MOM. He is also one of the founding members of the CIO 100 panel.
